This website is operated by Zen of Small Things. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Zen of Small Things. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are not a fascist.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transmission via Shopify’s secure payment gateways.

3. Products & Services (Print on Demand & Dropshipping)

Our products are produced on demand and/or fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

  • Each item is made specifically for your order

  • Minor variations in color, size, placement, or material may occur

  • Mockup images are for illustrative purposes only

We do not keep inventory on hand. Product availability, materials, and fulfillment methods may change without notice.

4. Pricing & Modifications

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice and shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

5. Order Acceptance & Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Pricing or product description errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details (including size, color, design, and address) before checkout. Orders cannot be changed once production has begun.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Customs or international transit

  • Weather, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

We do offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include photo evidence.

8. Intellectual Property & User Content

All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images — is the property of Zen of Small Things or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

If you submit content (reviews, photos, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Third-Party Services & Fulfillment Partners

We use third-party providers for:

  • Payment processing

  • Product manufacturing

  • Shipping and fulfillment

We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties beyond what is required by law, but we will act in good faith to resolve issues when they arise.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen of Small Things shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased from the site.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zen of Small Things from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
