About Us

Welcome to the ReZenstance. We're a community of passive resistance to those who seek to deny equal human rights to anyone. We don't want a fight, but we won't back down. We meet hatred and fear with passive resistance and mockery – the arch nemesis of authoritarianism.

The goal of the ReZenstance is to calmly and consistently remind human rights abusers that society will grow past them. We do this through inclusive actions, nonviolent resistance, and constant reminders from the very clothes on our backs.

And, equally importantly, we take care of ourselves and our mental health by engaging in hobbies that bring us peace of mind. Whether mini painting, yarn crafts, coloring books, or anything else that helps you relax, all are welcome. We invite you to pull up a seat, grab a brush, hook, or marker, and add your quiet voice to the ReZenstance.

Remember, it's the small things – acts of kindness and defiance in the face of hate – that, when built upon each other, create meaningful change. Zen of Small Things aims to provide what you need to both resist and relax so you can resist some more.
