Refund Policy

Overview

At Zen of Small Things, each product is made to order through print-on-demand and third-party fulfillment partners. Because of this, we have a specific refund policy outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items ordered by mistake

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

All sales are final once production begins.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We do offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo evidence showing the issue

  • Photos should include the item and packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Sizing Issues

Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

We are not responsible for sizing issues when the correct item was produced according to the order placed.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

  • Please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events are not eligible for refunds

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

If you need to update an order, contact us immediately after purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is submitted to production.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
